Funeral services for Sylvia Renee Nofire Holmes, 63, of Muldrow, were held at 2 p.m. June 24, 2025, at the Agent Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw.

Cremation was under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

Mrs. Holmes was born on March 15, 1962, in Talihina to Mose Nofire and Mary Mae (Bird) Nofire. She died on Thursday, June 19, 2025, in Muldrow.

She married Charles Holmes on Aug. 25, 2006, in Tennessee.

Survivors include her husband, of the home; son, Jeremy Mabray of Muldrow; mother, of Muldrow; sister, Rebecca Nofire and Jonathan Bird of Muldrow; several grandchildren; and other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father; two brothers, Mose Jr. and Scotty Nofire; and one sister, Amy Nofire.
