Funeral services for Roger Dale “Red” Coleman, 66, of Belfonte, were held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 6, 2024, at the Agent & Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw. Burial was at Belfonte Cemetery in Muldrow under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Mr. Coleman was born on Feb. 2, 1958, in Tahlequah to Kie Coleman Sr. and Leona Mae (Eagle) Coleman. He died on Sunday, June 2, 2024, in Tulsa.
He was a bus driver and worked in construction and carpentry. He was of the Baptist faith.
He married Pauline Coleman in August of 1984, in Fort Smith, Ark.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline of the home; one daughter, Kimberly Coleman and companion, Chapin Goad; one brother, Roy and Kathy Coleman of Long; one sister, Vickey and Bart Denny of Roland; two grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Kie Coleman and Curtis Coleman; and one sister, Anita Teehee.
Pallbearers were Brandon Coleman, Chapin Goad, Anthony Woodward, Preston Woodward, Phillip Denny and Aaron Denny.
