Funeral services for Kimberly Ann “Kat” Maxwell, 51, of Roland, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at the Agent & Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw.
Burial was at Upper Camp Creek Cemetery in Muldrow under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Ms. Maxwell was born on Feb. 2, 1973, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Richard Maxwell and Mary Proctor. She died on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, in Fort Smith.
She was a basketball coach at Silverado High School in California.
Survivors include four daughters, Brittany Herrera of Sallisaw, Tiffany Taylor, Bethani Taylor and Harli Taylor, all of Muldrow; four sons, Justin and Ashley Taylor and James Taylor, all of Sallisaw, Randall Fletcher of Roland and Eric and Autumn Ledford of Muldrow; her father, Richard and Judy Maxwell of Arkoma; one sister, Andrea Kershaw of Arkoma; one brother, Duane Maxwell of Muldrow; 13 grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
Pallbearers were family members. She was preceded in death by her mother; and one brother, Jonathan Maxwell.
