Cremation services for Connie (Taylor) Falkner, 70, of Fort Smith, Ark., are under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
Mrs. Falkner was born on Nov. 1, 1953, in Amarillo, Texas, to Patricia Ann (Smith) Taylor and Denver K. Taylor, Jr. She died on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, in Fort Smith.
She was married to Larry R. Falkner on March 8, 1978, in Poteau. He preceded her in death on Oct. 10, 2010.
She was a homemaker and of the Christian faith. Survivors are two daughters, Shawn Edwards and Kevin of Muldrow and Stacy McFarlin and Cody of Williston, N.D.; stepdaughter, Rolanda Falkner of Fort Smith; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Diannia Martin of Muldrow; three brothers, Michael Taylor of Lavaca, Ark., Leslie Taylor of Muldrow and David Taylor of Muldrow; and numerous other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband; and her parents.
