Feb. 16, 1962 – Feb. 28, 2024

Cynthia Gail Phillips, 62, of Muldrow, died on Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2024, in Fort Smith, Ark. She was born on Feb. 16, 1962, in Muldrow to George Roy Garrett and Betty Jean (Smith) Walters.

No formal service is planned at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

She was a CNA and caregiver. Survivors include her husband, William Phillips of the home; two daughters, Skyla and David Brammer of Muldrow and Kayla and Shane Allen of Kentucky; two sons, Brandon and Kimberly Coleman of Roland and Jeremiah Phillips and Ashtin Cornell of Van Buren, Ark.; one brother, Dennis Garrett of Muldrow; five grandchildren; and other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
