Bettie Jo Allen, 80, of Muldrow, died on Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024, in Fort Smith, Ark. She was born on April 19, 1943, in Deer Run, W.V., to Jessie Howard Freed and Emma Francis (Sirk) Freed.
Services at Mitchell Cemetery will be held at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
She was a homemaker. Survivors include her companion, Bill Farkas of Muldrow; two daughters, Jenise and Lester Seagraves of Panama and Brenda and Ray Borel of Corning, Calif.; three sons, Rory and Violetta Mandelke of Germantown, Md., Michael and Karen Sandstoe of Jefferson Md., and Patrick and Paula Sandstoe of Hagerstown, Md.; three sisters, Sara Cookman of Palm Dessert, Calif., Edna Franchino of Roland and Sally Lutz of Rockville, Md.; 17 grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and six siblings.
