Memorial services for Chelsy Elaine Chapman, 35, of Muldrow, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, 2024, at the Agent & Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw.
Cremation is under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Ms. Chapman was born on Sept. 29, 1988, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Ronald Ray Chapman and Sabrina Michelle (Bryant) Jamison. She died on Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2024, in Fort Smith.
She was a human resources manager. She enjoyed cooking and eating, and was fun to be around. She was also a registered professional boxer.
Survivors include her children, Xaiden Northcutt, Xander Chapman, Ava Chapman, Aniah Chapman and Braxton Keel; her mother, of Muldrow; her father, of Fort Smith; stepfathers, Tommy Pitchford of Roland and Jason Phillips of Muldrow; sisters, Brianna Limore and Colt of Fayetteville, Ark., Lauren Johnson and Apryl Thomas and Derik of Yorba Linda, Calif.; brothers, Rayce Phillips of Edmond, Landon Pitchford of Roland and Levon Pitchford of Fort Smith; and other family members and friends.
