Funeral services for Lee Roy O’Neal, 75, of Muldrow, were held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 5, 2024, at Dora Assembly of God Church in Dora. Burial followed at Upper Camp Creek Cemetery in Muldrow, under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
Mr. O’Neal was born on Oct. 17, 1948, in Muldrow, to Billie Lee (Stamps) O’Neal and Richard Magellan O’Neal. He died on Monday, Jan. 1, 2024, in Muldrow.
He was married to Joyce Faye Riddle on June 27, 1969, in Muldrow.
He was a Plant Superintendent at BorgWarner/ Holley Carburetor Co. and served in the Army National Guard. He had a love of cars and loved joking with those he knew.
Survivors are his wife, Joyce O’Neal of the home; one son, Dustan O’Neal and Heather of Muldrow; one daughter, Kandrea Fowler and Toby of Poteau; six grandchildren; two sisters, Donna Osborne and Don of Liberty and Trish Johnson and Richard of Roland; and several other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Helen Uselton and Linda Steely.
Pallbearers were Butch Floyd, Bill O’Neal, Stan Fowler, Jerry Smith, Richard Johnson and Don Osborne.
Honorary pallbearers were those that he worked with during his time at Colt Industries, Holley Carburetor Co. and BorgWarner.
