Muldrow – Funeral services for Matthew Lloyd Cantwell, 36, of Muldrow, were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023, at First Church of the Nazarene in Muldrow. Burial was at Lee’s Chapel Cemetery in Muldrow under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Mr. Cantwell was born on July 23, 1987, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Billy Lloyd Cantwell and Fonda Michelle (Lewis) Cantwell. He died on Monday, Oct. 30, 2023, in Dallas.
He worked in construction and farming for WE Inc. He enjoyed music of all genres, being outdoors, camping and grilling for family and friends. He was of the Christian faith.
Survivors include his wife, Caitlin of the home; his father, of Muldrow; one brother, Jonathan Cantwell of Muldrow; and other family and members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother. Pallbearers were Heath Lowder, Burton Jack Lewis, Ross Childers, Brad Short, Chance Asher, Matt Lee, Jay Tuck and Joshua Warren.
