Muldrow – Funeral services for Glenda C. Treat, 80, of Muldrow, were held at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 16, 2023, at First Baptist Church in Muldrow, with Pastor Mark Porter and Rev. Tommy Treat officiating. Burial was at Muldrow Memory Garden Cemetery.
Mrs. Treat was born on Aug. 19, 1943 in Lonoke, to Robert Mize and Rubye Price Mize. She died on Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2023.
She enjoyed quilting, collecting John Deere tractors, making Christmas candy, camping and shopping. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Muldrow.
Survivors are her husband, James Treat of the home; son, Jason Hopson of Tennessee; sister, Onita Cannon of Texas; one grandson; and other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Adrian Hopson; parents; brother, Bobby Mize; and sister, Janice Thompson.
Pallbearers were Steve Treat, Hunter Hall, Gary Treat Jr., Shawn Howard, Heath Wood, Collin Treat and Roy Hall.
Honorary pallbearers were Ethard Smith, Todd Lenington, Tony Sharp, Pat O’Bryan, Bill Chisum and Charlie Baker.
