Muldrow pitching brothers see action for Lincoln University

Former Muldrow pitchers Jacob and Jonah Claborn saw action last week for the Lincoln University Blue Tigers. In a 24-13 home loss to William Jewell on April 14, Jacob Claborn (0-2) suffered his first loss of the season as he went two-thirds of an inning with a strikeout.

In last Saturday’s 12-7 road loss to McKendree University in Lebanon, Ill., Jonah Claborn got the start and went the first three innings with four strikeouts. Jacob Claborn suffered the loss in defeat, going an inning.

The Blue Tigers (6-32 overall, 0-24 in conference play), who were slated for a road rematch against William Jewell on Tuesday in Liberty, Mo., will return to action with a four-game, three-day road series against Missouri- St. Louis, with a 2 p.m single game on Friday, a noon doubleheader on Saturday and a noon single game on Sunday.
