Michael David Allen

Funeral services for Michael David Allen, 47, were held at 12 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2026, in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel at Forever Memories Funeral Services.

Burial was at Seabolt Cemetery in Muldrow under the direction of Forever Memories Funeral Services. Mr. Allen was born on Feb.5, 1979, in Tahlequah to Michael Dewayne Allen and Denise Elaine Mathews. He passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2026.

Survivors include three sisters, Leslie William Evans, Mika Allen and LeeAnn Thibodeaux Mathews; and other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Cameron Mathews.
