Marble City Farmers and Art Market, lnc. will have vendor training/signup and their annual meeting from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 25, at the MCAO, 711 N. Main St., Marble City. Everyone is welcome, the meeting is open to the public.
ODAFF will be present to go over the latest USDA rules on homemade goods, selling meat, egg laws and more.
There will be vendor sign-up to participate in the Cherokee Nation Farmers Market Program, along with vendor sign-up/training to accept SNAP and DUO “Double Up Oklahoma” as payment options at the market.
At this meeting, they will be voting on new board members, giving yearly updates, dates for summer and winter season, and more. If you’re curious about the Marble City Market as a vendor, this will be the best opportunity to see what they’re all about.
A light lunch and refreshments will be available free to attendees after the training/sign-ups and before the meeting.
