The Town of Roland is excited to once again announce their annual Shop with a Cop/Firefighter event for children 12 years of age and younger.

This special event will take place on Saturday, Dec.14 at the Roland Dollar General, starting at 7 a.m. and wrapping up at 8:45 a.m. After the shopping fun, stick around for the town’s noon Christmas parade.

Applications for Christmas gift assistance must be submitted by Nov. 30. This is a great opportunity for eligible households to ensure a joyful holiday season for the little ones.

To apply, make sure to fill out the required application and include details such as your household’s income, employment status, and information about each child. Return completed applications to the Roland Police Department at 300 S. Roland Road., where the department looks forward to making this a memorable holiday season for the children in our community.
