Muldrow runners compete in Muskogee Invitational

MUSKOGEE — The Muldrow High School cross country teams competed in the Muskogee Invitational on Thursday.

The Lady Bulldogs finished 13th with 318 points.

Genna Stephenson was the highest finisher as she finished the 5K with a time of 24:47 to place 48th. Emma Fields was 76th (26:51), Jensi Fields was 83rd (27:28), Isabelle Rogers was 84th (27:41), Maysi Fields was 91st (28:04) and Noa Coleman was 128th (30:21).

The ’Dogs were 16th with 475 points, and they were led by Jesse Kilinc, who finished the 5k run in 19:35. Kendal Howell was 96th (20:34), Kaden Rye was 179th (22:37), Jaxson Anstine was 207th (23:21), Seth Nance was 248th (25:58), Brady Brasher was 272nd (27:19), Zeeshan Bukhari was 287th (28:30), Jack Pyeatt was 298th (29:49), Parker Sevenstar was 314th (39:11) and De-Shawn Lovett was 315th (40:11).

The Muldrow Invitational will take place Thursday beginning at 9 a.m. at the old Muldrow Golf Course. The races will go in order of high school girls, high school boys, junior high girls and junior high boys with about a 30to 45-minute interval between the end of one race and the start of the next race.
