The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma has announced that a federal grand jury returned the following eight unsealed indictments for November 2023.

Beard, Steven De-Wayne—Murder in Indian Country – 18 U.S.C. §§ 1111(a), 1151 & 1153; Use, Carry, Brandish and Discharge of a Firearm During and in Relation to a Crime of Violence – 18 U.S.C. §§ 924(c)(1)(A)(i), (ii) & (iii); Causing the Death of a Person in the Course of a Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. § 924(c) – 18 U.S.C. § 924(j); Forfeiture Allegation – 18 U.S.C. § 924(d) & 28 U.S.C. § 2461(c).
