Kyntli Brunk, 8, of Muldrow, pictured with University of Oklahoma Softball Coach Patty Gasso, is among several junior softball players who participated in a softball camp sponsored by Gasso, held in Norman. Brunk, an avid softball player, is a member of the Oklahoma Combat (8 and under) softball team. She said she enjoyed the camp and was excited to meet Gasso who has led the Sooners team to five national championships. Her mother, Kelsie Brunk, said her daughter was so nervous about meeting Gasso. “You would have thought she was meeting the president,” she said. Brunk is the granddaughter of Ray and Teresa Watts of Muldrow. SUBMITTED
