Jerry Loyd Workman

Aug. 17, 1930 — April 4, 2026

Jerry Loyd Workman, 95, of Sallisaw, died on Saturday, April 4, 2026, in Fort Smith, Ark. He was born on Aug. 17, 1930, in Sand Springs to Jerry Elmer Workman and Hilma (Hartman) Workman.

No formal service is planned at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran and an airplane mechanic for Rockwell International.

Survivors include two sons, Jim Workman and Sandy Ladenthin and Marty Workman, all of Sallisaw; and other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Barbara May (Vann) Workman; sister, Barbara Taylor; and brother, Jim Workman.
