Muldrow – Funeral services for DeLois Kaye Walker, 74, of Muldrow, were held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, 2023, at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw. Burial followed at Cowlington Cemetery in Keota under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
Mrs. Walker was born on March 30, 1949 in Placerville, Calif., to Mildred Lucille (Mc-Napp) Hunt and J.C. Hunt. She died on Monday, Sept. 18, 2023 in Muldrow.
She formerly worked at Lloyd Poes Chicken Ranch and was a housekeeper for Holiday Inn.
Survivors are three sons, Kenneth Parker and Lisa, Joe Ramos and Pat Jackson and Michael Walker and Shelby, all of Muldrow; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Becky Geller of Roland and Lavonne Beardman of Clarksville, Ark.; and several other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Debbie Hopper.
Pallbearers were Frankie Wilson, Justin Shelby, Cason Shelby, Colby Shelby, Dillon Allen and Jeffrey Fiddelke.
Honorary pallbearers were Carson Shelby, Maxx Wilson and Nixon Wilson.
