Cherokee Nation hires criminal investigator to work MMIP cases

The Cherokee Nation has hired a criminal investigator who solely works Missing and Murdered Indigenous Persons cases. Perry Proctor has spent the past year at the Cherokee Nation Marshal Service assigned to MMIP cases.
