Former Muldrow baseball players square off on Presidents Day
ALVA — Two former Muldrow Bulldogs baseball players squared off when Reid Sutton’s Seminole State College Trojans junior varsity team visited Colton Pulliam’s Northwestern Oklahoma State University Rangers JV squad for a Presidents Day doubleheader.
In the opener, which was won by the Trojans 8-3, Sutton was hitless in two at-bats, while he did not play in the nightcap.
In four JV games played in the Trojans this season, Sutton is hitting .222 with a double and two runs batted in.
In the Presidents Day twinbill, Pulliam hit his second home run of the season to go with two doubles and two runs batted in.
