Orozco facing multiple Assault, kidnapping charges

An arrest warrant has been issued for a Waldron, Ark., man facing charges of two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, kidnapping, endangering others while eluding/attempting to elude a police officer, and escape from felony arrest or detention.
