Monday morning we had eight TOPS members weigh in. Welcome to our new member, Willine. We look forwards to getting to know you better and support you in your journey to getting healthy. Our chapter had a slight gain this week, but we will do better this coming week. I had the best weight loss this week with 4.4 pounds lost. My name was also drawn from the Two Bit bowl.
Oklahomans deserve better than our current Medicaid system

Oklahoma is failing its citizens with disabilities. Our state’s fee-for-service Medicaid program has too many barriers for people with disabilities to navigate and leaves the system unmotivated to help people receive the care and services they need to live independently.

The Board of Education of Gans Public School District hereby announces that statutorily qualified individuals interested in running for the No. 1 seat on the Gans Board of Education may file to run as a candidate for this seat at the Sequoyah County Election Board between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 7 through Wednesday, Dec. 9.
