The Roland Lady Rangers softball team lost both games in its road three-way on March 31 at Armstrong Park as they lost 19-10 in six innings to Central, then lost to host Vian 5-1.
Roland’s road game March 30 at Warner was canceled.
In the loss to Central, the Lady Tigers broke a 10-all tie with a ninerun sixth inning which put the game into runrule status.
In defeat, In defeat, Adriana Moya was 3-for-4 with a double and three runs scored, Karsyn Serjeant was 2-for-4 with a double, two runs scored and an RBI, Lillian Cole was 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored, Laynie Roedenbeck was 2-for-3 with an RBI, Khloe Cox was 2-for-3 with a run scored and Paisley Davis hit her first homer of the season with two RBIs and two runs scored for Roland.
Roedenbeck suffered the loss as she went the first 5.1 innings. Moya got the final out.
In the loss to Vian, the Lady Wolverines broke a 2-all tie with a run in the fourth inning and two runs in the fifth inning.
In defeat, McKenna Cooper was 2-for-2 with a double and an RBI for the Lady Rangers (0-6). Roedenbeck suffered the loss.
