Martha Olive “Marty” Snow Cotney was born on Aug. 29, 1942, in San Diego, Calif. to Louis Alvin Snow and Veona Ann (Gorsuch) Snow. She passed away on Monday, March 23, 2026, in Claremore.
She married Charles Cecil Cotney on Sept. 14, 1961, in San Diego. He preceded her in death in 2016.
She enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, always remembered a loved one’s birthday, and was the first to send out Christmas cards.
She is survived by her three children, Sherry Collins and husband Kelly, Mark Cotney and wife Carla, and Hank Cotney and wife Leichelle; brother-in-law, Larry Sisco; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; and six siblings.
