Funeral services for Don Clark, 78, of Sallisaw, were held at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 3, 2026, at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw.
Burial followed at Brushy Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
Mr. Clark was born on Nov. 7, 1947, on Brushy Mountain, to Ruby Charlene (Thompson) Clark and Derwood Clark. He passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, in Fort Smith, Ark.
He was a licensed truck driver for 50 years and attended Marble City Holiness Church. He enjoyed spending time with his family, caring for horses, cutting wood, and working around his home.
Survivors include his daughter, Heather Flint and husband John of Henderson, Nev.; son, Dave Clark of Sallisaw; one grandson; two great-grandchildren; snd other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, JoAnn Brown; and brother, Kenneth W. Clark.
Pallbearers were Dave Clark, John Flint, Kaleb Clark and Butch Freeman.
Honorary pallbearer was Jerry Stephens.
