Bulldogs baseball players Jonah and Jacob Claborn saw action last week for the Lincoln University Blue Tigers.

Jonah Claborn pitched an inning with a strikeout in a 20-9, eight-inning rout of host Missouri Valley on March 10 in Marshall, Mo.

In the final game of a two-day, four-game home series against Upper Iowa last Saturday in Jefferson City, Mo., in which Upper Iowa won 15-8, both Claborn brothers saw action.

Jacob Claborn pitched an inning with a strikeout, while Jonah Claborn (0-1) ended up taking the loss in relief as he went 2.1 innings with a strikeout for his first decision in his collegiate career.

The Blue Tigers (415 overall, 0-8 in Great Lakes Valley Conference play) were slated to return to action with a home game against Hannibal-LeGrange on Tuesday afternoon at Vivion Field in Jefferson City, followed by a home doubleheader against Harris Stowe at 1 this af-Jacob ternoon.
