Funeral services for Nelda Blaylock, 81, of Muldrow, were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2026, at First Baptist Church in Muldrow.
Burial followed at Memory Garden Cemetery in Muldrow, under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
Mrs. Blaylock was born on July 8, 1944, in Mobile, Ala., to Malcolm and Lela Mae (Howard) Cooper. She passed away on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2026, in Sallisaw.
She was a graduate of Laurel High School and earned her bachelor’s degree in teaching from University of Tulsa and Oklahoma Baptist University. She enjoyed camping and cooking, and was a faithful member of First Baptist Church for more than 50 years.
Survivors include her daughters, Heather Armer and Kevin House, Lisa Blaylock and Jan Watson and Holly; sisters, Sandy Glen and Ardath Strobel; sister- in-law, Nelda Brown; grandchildren and greatgrandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Blaylock; granddaughter, Kealee Stewart; her parents; and brothers, Malcolm, Jerry and Jimmy.
Pallbearers were Lee Wade, Gerald Strobel, Bobby Strobel, Michael Strobel, Randy Winstead and Scott Winstead.
Honorary pallbearers were Robin Kelton, Kevin House, Max Wallace and Doug Cooper.
