Funeral services for Rose Mary Anderson, 79, of Sallisaw, were held at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 13, 2026, at the Agent Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw.
Burial was at Rocky Point Cemetery in Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Mrs. Anderson was born on Aug. 18, 1946, in Grove, Mo., to George Washington Raymond Bond and Viva Belle (Bryant) Bond. She died on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, in Sallisaw.
She worked 32 years at Whirlpool Corporation. She was a 1965 graduate of Sallisaw High School. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and playing dominoes, and was a member of Rocky Point Baptist Church.
She married Edward Anderson on May 22, 1968. He preceded her in death on Sept. 18, 1998.
Survivors include one daughter, Christa and Brian Williams of Sallisaw; five grandchildren; siblings, Helen Ruark and Russell Bond both of Sallisaw, Carol Lawson of Keota and Janie and Don Kolterman of Fort Wayne, Ind.; and other family members and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Deanna Lynn; and brother, Charles Bond.
Pallbearers were Braxton Williams, Holden Williams, Tyrone Bond, Kevin Ruark, Dylan Lawson and Jonas Rosas.
