A celebration of life service for Judy Ann (Wales) Balmain, 80, of Sallisaw, was held at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 16, 2026, at First Baptist Church in Sallisaw.
Burial followed at Sallisaw Cemetery under the direction of Forever Memories Funeral Home.
Mrs. Balmain was born on Jan. 25, 1946, in Rhinelander, Wis., to Henry Harold and Faye Nell (Adams) Wales. She died on Monday, Feb. 9, 2026.
She married Owen Balmain on May 9, 1964, in Watts.
She retired after 40 years as the Activity Fund Secretary with Sallisaw Public Schools, and was a longtime member of First Baptist Church in Sallisaw.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-inlaw, Teresa and Sim Noah and Lisa and Terry Bigler, all of Sallisaw; her grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Sharon Cole of Sallisaw; and other family and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; and brother, Connie Mack (Dick) Wales.
