SHERMAN, Texas — Former Muldrow Lady Bulldogs basketball player Kennedi “Kiki” Wight and the University of the Ozarks Eagles suffered a 63-50 road loss to Austin College on Jan. 22 at Hughey Gym.
Wight scored six points to go with three steals, two rebounds and an assist.
The Eagles (5-11 overall, 0-7 in conference play) were slated to stay on the road for their next three games — last Friday at Schreiner University in Kerrville, Texas, last Sunday at McMurry University in Abilene, Texas, and Tuesday night at the University of Dallas — before the Eagles will return home to Mabee Gymnasium to meet LeTourneau University at 7:30 p.m. this Friday and to face Centenary College at 6 p.m. this Saturday.
