CLARKSVILLE, Ark. — It was a rough weekend of home games for former Muldrow Lady Bulldog Kennedi “Kiki” Wight and the University of the Ozarks Eagles women’s basketball team as they lost both games played at Mabee Gymnasium, losing 68–65 to the University of St. Thomas on Friday night, then falling 75-51 to Colorado College on Sunday afternoon.
In the loss to St. Thomas, Wight had a double-double as she scored a game-high 20 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and had a steal.
In the loss to Colorado College, Wight had five points to go with two assists, a rebound and a steal.
Wight and the Eagles (5-10 overall, 0-6 in conference play) will return to action with a pair of road games at week’s end as they will meet the University of Dallas at 7:30 p.m. Friday, then face Austin College at 6 p.m. Saturday in Sherman, Texas.
