TAHLEQUAH — Several Muldrow junior high wrestlers placed in the first annual Cherokee County Classic, which took place Dec. 19-20 at Sequoyah-Tahlequah High School.
In the junior high girls’ division, the Muldrow Lady Bulldogs were runners-up with 50 points.
For the Lady Bulldogs, Audryna Keplar was first at 165-186 pounds, Susan Seltzer was third at 102 pounds, Montana Eubanks was fourth at 117126 pounds and Zamiah Faucette was fourth at 165-186 pounds.
The Muldrow Bulldogs were seventh in the junior high boys division with 68 points.
Three ’Dogs placed as Dechlan Waller (126 pounds) and Jesse Marks (heavyweight) were champions, while Carlos Pineda-DeLeon was runnerup at 170 pounds.
