In the girls’ loss to Fort Gibson, the Lady Tigers jumped out to a 23-13 lead after a period, which became a 4022 halftime advantage and a 50-27 lead after three quarters.

In defeat, Leni Cox scored nine points to lead the Lady Bulldogs (2-4), followed by London Hardin with eight points, Jaydin Dean with six points, Kilah Ellingberg with four points, Tae Williams with three points, Jaida Washington with two points and Blazi Dieter with a free throw.

In the boys’ victory over Checotah, the Bulldogs (2-0 in NOAA Conference play) took a 15-11 lead after the first quarter, which became a 33-22 halftime advantage and a 54-33 lead going into the final period.

For the game, the ’Dogs put a quartet of players into double figures, led by Collins with 15 points, followed by Palmer with 12 points, Massey with 11 points and Kilinc with 10 points. Sevenstar scored nine points, followed by Willson with seven points, J’Vion Mays with three points and Jake Pyeatt with two points.

In the girls’ loss to Checotah, the Lady Wildcats rallied from a 33-29 third-quarter deficit by doubling up the Lady Bulldogs 10-5 in the final period.

The Muldrow teams were slated to close out the pre-Christmas Break portion of their season last Friday night with home games against Ozark, Ark. Look for the information on those games in next week’s edition.

Muldrow High School Needing Past County Tournament Champions Photographs Muldrow High School is needing trophy team photographs of past boys and girls champions of the Sequoyah County Tournament.

This season’s SCT will take place Jan. 8-10 at Roger Sharp Activity Center as Muldrow is the host school this season.

While The Eastern Times-Register supplied the 2024 and 2025 SCT champions trophy team photographs, help is needed on SCT champions photographs from the 2022 SCT on back.

“I would like to get a picture of all of the previous (SCT) winners and put on our video board during the (Sequoyah) County Tournament,” Muldrow High School Athletic Director and Muldrow Lady Bulldogs coach Jana Armer said.

Team photographs can be e-mailed to Armer at jana.armer@staff. muldrowps.org.

Team photographs will need to be received by Jan. 7.
