New varsity wrestlers for Roland this season

Last season, the Roland Rangers had their first season of high school wrestling, with nine wrestlers on the roster.

This season, all of those nine wrestlers from a season ago either graduated or are no longer wrestling for the Rangers — which includes Drew Simpson, who is now wrestling for the Sallisaw Black Diamonds.

This year’s Roland High School team will have five Rangers — Tommy Greschke (112 pounds), Rayen Talley (119), Tyler File (157), Logan Waltermire (175) and Camden Vanderbush (175).

File is a transfer from Sallisaw. There will be a Lady Ranger wrestler this season, Madison Hall, who will be wrestling at 110 pounds.

The Roland wrestlers will conclude the 2025 portion of their season at the Coweta Tournament, which will be Dec. 19-20.
