Memorial services for Karen Chapen, 63, of Muldrow, were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025, at Liberty Assembly of God Church in Muldrow.

Burial services were held at Upper Camp Cemetery in Muldrow under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

She was born on Dec. 13, 1961, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Bobby Ray Faulkner and Leora Faye (Trammell) Faulkner. She died on Monday, Dec. 1, 2025, in Springfield, Mo.

She was a homemaker and of the Christian faith.

Survivors include one son, Bobby Chapen of the home; one sister, Teresa Tabor of Muldrow; one grandchild; and other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Janet Tabor; and one brother, J.E. Tabor.
