Russell Edward ‘Russ’ Heiner Jr.

Sept. 24, 1953 – Nov. 28, 2025

Funeral services for Russell Edward “Russ” Heiner, Jr., 72, of Roland, were held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025, at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow.

Burial followed at Roland City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Services, Inc.

Mr. Heiner was born on Sept. 24, 1953, in Hanover, Pa., to Pauline (Reese) Heiner and Russell Edward Heiner, Sr. He passed away on Friday, Nov. 28, 2025.

He had a career in the paint and auto body profession, and enjoyed race cars, welding, barbecuing and gardening.

He married Elaine (Hightower) Heiner in April 1982. She preeded him in death on March 23, 2013.

Survivors include a daughter, Tricia Chambers and husband Scott of Muldrow; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and other family and friends.

He was also preceded in death by his parents; son, Rusty Heiner; great-grandson, Cooper Self; and five sisters, Shirley Gobrecht, Evaline Leese, Helina Love, Mary Hippensteel and Annabell Storm.

Pallbearers were Scott Chambers, Kyle Coatney, Logan Coatney, Destin Coatney, Keith Coatney and Shawn Hallum.
