The Muldrow Bulldogs went 21-8 last season and made it to within a win of making it to the Class 4A State Tournament, but back-to-back losses in the area tournament to Crossings Christian and Bethany ended their season.
The ’Dogs return eight players from last season, with five of those seniors — guard/forward Teaguen Collins, guards Jermauree Palmer and DeShawn Willson, forward E.J. Zanders and center Parker Sevenstar.
Collins was named to “VYPE” Magazine’s Top 100 High School Boys Basketball Players to Watch.
Also back are junior guard Jesse Kilinc, junior guard/forward D.J. Massey and junior forward/ center Jack Pyeatt. Rounding out the roster are senior guard J’Vion Mays, sophomore guards Trey Turpin and Brody Israel and sophomore forward Avos Denny.
The Bulldogs will begin their season against NOAA Conference rival Stilwell at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 5 at Roger Sharp Activity Center.
