The Muldrow Cherokee Community Organization (MCCO) recently hosted a Thanksgiving potluck. They wish to extend a huge thank you to Phyllis Pettit and Isaac Barnoski (pictured) for sharing their beautiful Cherokee stories and traditions, and Kay Ross for helping decorate and making everything look so special. The food was absolutely amazing, and a special shoutout to Kay Followell and Steve Chism for cooking the delicious ham and stuffing. As families left, each one received a food box to take home — a small way to share the blessings of the season.
