Graveside service for Iva Ray (Dyer) Yancey, 90, of Vian and formerly of Muldrow, were held at 2 p.m. Wedneday, Nov. 19, 2025, at Cottonwood Cemetery in Muldrow, under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
Mrs. Yancey was born on Oct. 4, 1935, in the Paw Paw community to Myrtle (Murphy) Dyer and Ivey Dyer. She died on Nov. 16, 2025.
She married Charles Edward Yancey on May 9, 1951, in Fort Smith, Ark. He preceded her in death on Aug. 29, 2016.
Shed enjoyed shopping and crocheting, and caring for her grandchildren.
Survivors include a daughter, Trish Rose and Jim of Vian; two sisters, Edna Ruth Vann of Muldrowand Wanda Eads of Redland; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one great-greatgrandchild; and other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Betty Risley; grandson, T.C. Biggerstaff; great-granddaughter, Cheyenne Rose; and three brothers, Eugene Dyer, Bill Dyer and R.G. Dyer.
Active pallbearers were Barry James and Ronnie Allen.
