Muldrow Elementary School recently had a visit from the Southwest Dairy Farmers Association’s trained instructors. They demonstrated how to milk a cow, described how milk goes from the farm to the consumers, and then answered questions from the students. This is an innovative program that brings the dairy experience directly to the students incoperating math, science, health (nutrition) and agriculture, all presented in an outdoor classroom setting.
