It was a happy homecoming for the Muldrow Bulldogs on Friday night at Marty Rogers Field as they routed a second set of visiting Bulldogs as Muldrow handled Spiro 52-6.
Muldrow (3-0) jumped out to a 28-6 lead after a quarter, which became a 46-6 halftime advantage and a 52-6 lead after three periods.
Teaguen Collins rushed for 172 yards and scored three touchdowns on runs of 1, 8 and 57, while DeShawn Willson rushed for 101 yards and three more TDs on carries for 48, 1 and 7 yards.
Collins connected with Jermauree Palmer for a 28-yard touchdown pass, and Kade Scott returned an interception 36 yards for another TD.
The Bulldogs will begin District 3A-3 play with a home game against the Eufaula Ironheads (0-3), which lost 57-19 to Sallisaw last Friday night, at 7 p.m. this Friday night at Marty Rogers Field.
