Funeral services for Bruce “Jerald” Blaylock, 85, of Muldrow, were held at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 19, 2025, at Trinity Methodist Church in Muldrow. Burial followed at Upper Camp Creek Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
Mr. Blaylock was born on Oct. 12, 1939, in Muldrow, to Vola Vera (Shackelford) Blaylock and Bruce Condren Blaylock. He passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025, in Barling, Ark.
He worked as an electrician and enjoyed camping and fishing.
He married Virginia “Jenny” Anne (House) Blaylock on June 6, 1967, in Fort Smith, Ark. She preceded him in death on Aug. 30, 2022.
Survivors are four daughters, Pam Daniel and Ben of Roland, Nenya Haworth of Fort Smith, Ark., DeAnna Roberts of Muldrow and Beth Jones and Perry of Yukon; son, Todd Blaylock of Jenks; 12 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by a grandson, Brooks Jones; his parents; brother, Paul Stanley Blaylock; and sister, Jean Ann Morgan.
Pallbearers were Todd Blaylock, Ben Daniel, Jordan Haworth, Cyrus Haworth, Kyle Haworth, Logan Hyles, Benjamin Blaylock and Randy Winstead.
Honorary pallbearers were James Everett Treat, Tommy Treat, Gary Treat, Perry Jones and Jim Anderson.
