Memorial services for Peggy R. Pulliam, 73, of Lewisville, Ark., were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025, at BOD Church in Roland.
Cremation is under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Mrs. Pulliam was born on Oct. 11, 1951, in Tulsa to Earl G. Rowell and Ella Rush (Fisher) Rowell. She died on Friday, Sept. 5, 2025, in Sallisaw.
She was a Walmart manager in Alma, Ark., served on the Lewisville City Council for two terms and was a member of Alma, Newport, Blytheville and Lewisville Lions Club. She enjoyed fishing.
She married Jerry Pulliam on Nov. 2, 1986, in Alma.
Survivors include one daughter, Barbara Gourd-Spicer and Jon of Gans; three step-children, Mark Pulliam of Alma, Leslie Beauregard of Virginia and Sara Pulliam of Texas; one brother, Ron Rowell of Round Rock, Texas; 10 grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband.
