The town of Muldrow is pleased to announce the launch of its new online customer portal, designed to enhance the utility payment and management experience for its residents.
This initiative aims to provide greater convenience and flexibility for managing utility accounts.
The new customer portal offers a variety of features to empower residents, including the ability to:
• View utility bills
• Sign up for paperless billing
• Make one-time payments
• Set up auto payments
• View usage data
In addition to the new portal, the town is providing a clear overview of payment options and associated convenience fees. It is important to note that convenience fees are set by the payment provider, and are not received by the town.
For those who choose to pay, the most cost-effective option for convenience fees is typically ACH (check) pay- ment. The same convenience fees apply whether processing card payments in person or over the phone.
Customers who wish to avoid convenience fees entirely still have the option to do so by mailing or bringing cash, check, or money order directly to the town of Muldrow.
The town also announced that effective September 15, the dumpsters located next to the police department will be permanently closed.
