The Roland Lady Rangers (4-6 overall, 2-2 in District 3A-6 play) defeated the Heavener Wolves 11-6 on Tuesday afternoon in a District 3A-6 contest.
The Lady Rangers broke a 6-all tie with a four-run fourth inning and a single run in the sixth inning.
For the game, Addyson Clark was 3-for-3 with four runs scored and a run batted in, Adriana Moya was 2-for-3 with two runs scored and Kyleigh Knapp was 2-for-4 with three RBIs and two runs scored for Roland.
McKinna Cooper (4-6) got the win, striking out four batters and scattering seven hits.
However, the Heavener game was the only one Mother Nature would allow last week as the Lady Rangers saw their home district game against Keys on Aug. 25 and Thursday’s games in the Westville Festival rained out.
No make-up dates have been set for these games as of press time.
