Tribal and non-tribal members can apply for Cherokee Nation Home Health Outreach Advantage for themself or a family member at 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 27, at the Sallie Byrd Sevenstar Community Center located at 474894 Hwy. 101, Muldrow.

Advantage is a part of Oklahoma’s Medicaid Waiver Program that assists with home delivered meals, personal care aide, housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, shopping/errands, durable medical equipment, incontinence supplies, etc.

To qualify, you must make less than $2,901 per month and meet medical Level of Care criteria.
