Kozie Quilters award eight veterans with Quilts of Valor

The Kozie Quilters of Sequoyah County hosted a Quilts of Valor presentation on July 23, at Trinity Methodist Church, where eight veterans were recognized and awarded a Quilt of Valor for their service to our country. Family and friends were present to witness the ceremony of Veterans (from left) Jerry Carter, Phillip Davis, Eric George, Mike Matlock, Curtis Michlitsch, Larry Presson, Gary Roughley and David Tucker. The Kozie Quilters welcome new members who enjoy sewing, quilting, learning, and sharing ideas.
