Event coordinators are gearing up for this year’s 12th annual Muldrow Cruise Night and are seeking sponsors and vendors for the event, which will be held Saturday, August 16, from 6 to 10 p.m.

Anyone interested in being a food vendor is asked to contact Muldrow City Hall to obtain their permit at 918427-3226.

Coordinators said the best places to set up if you have a generator and your own water would be at turn around spots, such as Muldrow Middle School and Piggly Wiggly. Vendors can set up at the middle school as long as there’s no alcohol sales or burnouts, and are asked to keep their space clean. Other ideal spots to set up are the sides of those areas, so people can pull through and park in the parking spots.

For those wishing to set up at Piggly Wiggly or other businesses, they will need to get permission from the business or business owner beforehand.

Two sponsorship packages are being offered to individuals and businesses.

Platinum, $200: Includes a full-color logo printed on the back of the cruise night T-shirts, advertisement with your logo on the cruise night Facebook page, and a self made 1-minute or less video telling about your business.

Gold, $100: Includes the business name only, no logo.
