• Monica King (approved under new business) as SPED paraprofessional for elementary In a notable administrative move, Caroline Speir was appointed to Board Seat #2 and took her official oath during the meeting.
Facility, financial updates
Board members also renewed the Sublease Agreement between Roland Public Schools and the Sequoyah County Educational Facilities Authority through the 2025–26 FY.
On the financial side, the board approved over $1.18 million in encumbrances and payroll, including:
• $66,028.07 in general fund encumbrances • $134,161.77 in building fund expenses • $644,526.79 in general fund payroll Treasurer’s reports and monthly activity fund reports were also approved without opposition.
